2-Year Warranty – Starting November 15, 2025
At Gavero, quality comes first. That's why, for all jewelry purchased from November 15, 2025, we offer a voluntary 2-year warranty – in addition to your statutory rights.
What does the warranty cover?
The 2-year warranty applies to:

Manufacturing and workmanship defects

Material defects beyond your control

Defective clasps or chains under normal use

Lost stones due to faulty workmanship
Note: The warranty is only valid for purchases made on or after November 15, 2025.
Materials at a Glance
Gold-Plated Stainless Steel (PVD Coating)
Our gold-plated stainless steel pieces feature a high-quality, water and abrasion-resistant PVD coating.
This coating is particularly durable and color-stable.
The possible natural abrasion of the gold plating due to strong friction or mechanical stress over a longer period is not covered by the warranty.
925 Sterling Silver Gold-Plated
Gold-plated sterling silver is a soft precious metal with a fine gold layer. This can wear off over time with contact to moisture, sweat, cosmetics, or friction.
This is a normal material property and not a warranty case.
Real Gold (e.g., 333, 585, 750)
Jewelry made of solid gold is particularly durable. Nevertheless, signs of wear such as scratches or small dents can occur in everyday life.
Such wear and tear are not considered a warranty case.
Not covered by the warranty

Natural abrasion of gold plating on stainless steel or silver

Oxidation or discoloration of silver

Scratches, dents, or deformations due to external influences

Damage due to improper care, e.g., aggressive cleaning agents

Loss or theft
