Returns

You have the right to return the items within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. This does not apply to products made especially for you or personalized products.

How does the return work?

  1. To do so, please log in to your customer account and click on the product you wish to return, then select 'Return' and enter the reason for the return. To the customer account login
  2. We will review your return request and then send you the return label.
  3. Print out the label, attach it to the package, and hand it in to the parcel service provider.

Return costs:

The return costs incurred will be deducted from your refund amount.

Reimbursement of shipping costs

1. Defective or faulty goods

If your item is defective or faulty, you are entitled to a free replacement. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us in advance so we can coordinate the return together.

2. Cancellation and return costs

If you wish to return a product for other reasons (e.g., because you don't like it or it doesn't meet your expectations), this is done within the scope of your right of withdrawal. In this case, you will bear the return shipping costs yourself, in accordance with Section 357 Paragraph 6 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

3. Condition of the return

Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition. Returns are only possible if the item is unused or has not been tested beyond the usual standard. If a product is returned with significant wear or damage, and the damage was not present upon receipt, this may result in a refund or replacement not being issued.

Packaging for return shipping

Please ensure that you return the jewelry to us carefully packaged and in its original packaging to ensure it arrives undamaged. Once the returned package reaches us and we have conducted a quality check, you will receive a refund for your order.

Please note that we only accept returns of jewelry that are in perfect condition. For example, necklaces should be placed in the designated foam slots of the GAVERO box , as otherwise they will get caught during shipping and we will no longer be able to offer them for sale. Please also place the earrings back in the foam slots and cover them with the enclosed fabric bag , as they may otherwise become scratched during shipping. Thank you for your understanding!
Processing your return or exchange package may take up to 10 business days after receipt of the return package.

    If your right of return has been exceeded and we have not previously confirmed an extended right of return, your return will be automatically sent back to you.

    If you have received a free item through a promotion, we ask you to return this item as soon as your order falls below the minimum purchase value due to a return.
