Your satisfaction is important to us! If you don't like a piece of jewelry, you can, of course, easily return it to us within 14 days of receipt – no questions asked.

Please note that personalized or custom-made products are excluded from returns.

Furthermore, our Gavero Mystery Boxes are not subject to a right of withdrawal, as each box is individually and randomly put together (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB). We carefully record which pieces of jewelry you have already received so that you do not receive duplicate items.

✨ How to return an item:

1. Please log in to your customer account and click on the product you wish to return, then select 'Return' and state the reason for return. To customer account login   
2. We will review your return request and then send you the return label. 
3. Print out the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the parcel service provider within 2 weeks. 

 

🌍 Returns from abroad

If you wish to return your order from a country other than Germany or Austria,

we ask you to arrange the return independently and at your own expense.

💰 Refund & Special Cases

1. Defective or faulty goods

If your piece of jewelry arrives damaged or faulty, we will, of course, arrange for a replacement or refund.

In this case, we will cover the return costs (only after prior arrangement). Please contact us beforehand so we can coordinate the return together.

2. Withdrawal for other reasons

If you wish to return a product because you do not like it or it does not meet your expectations, this falls under your right of withdrawal.

According to § 357 Abs. 6 BGB, you bear the return costs in this case.

3. Returns from promotions

If you participated in a promotion (e.g., 3 for 2 or Buy X, get Y free), the price advantage only applies as long as the offer conditions are met.

When returning individual items, the discount will be recalculated proportionally and deducted from the refund amount.

If your order falls below the minimum purchase value of a promotion due to the return, please also return the free item.

 

💎 Condition of the return

Please return your jewelry in its original condition.

Items may only be tried on, not worn. If products are tested beyond the usual extent, damaged, or heavily worn, no refund can be issued.

Packaging instructions:

Please use the original packaging if possible, so that your jewelry arrives safely.

• Necklaces should be secured in the designated foam slots of the GAVERO box to prevent tangling.

• Place earrings back into the designated holder to prevent scratches.

Once your package has arrived and we have completed the quality check, you will receive your refund. Processing can take up to 10 business days.

 

⏰ Deadlines

If the 14-day return period is exceeded and no individual extension has been agreed upon with us, we will automatically send your package back to you.

Our Mystery Boxes are true surprises – lovingly and individually put together for you.

Since each box is unique and the content is determined randomly, there is no right of withdrawal according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.

Sterling Silver

Our sterling silver is either rhodium-plated or gold-plated with 18-karat gold. Rhodium-plated silver protects against tarnishing and maintains its beautiful luster. Gold-plated silver offers you the luxurious look of gold at an affordable price.

Care: Avoid contact with water, perfume, and other chemicals. Clean your silver jewelry regularly with a soft cloth to preserve its shine and color.

Real Gold

We offer jewelry made of real 333, 585, and 750 gold. The higher the gold content, the more valuable and softer the material. Gold jewelry radiates elegance and durability.

Care: Gold jewelry should be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals and do not wear the jewelry while showering or swimming to preserve its shine.

Our jewelry is made from high-quality stainless steel (waterproof and gold-plated with 18 or 14 karats), rhodium-plated or gold-plated 925 sterling silver, and real gold (333, 585, or 750). Our waterproof stainless steel jewelry is particularly popular – robust, durable, and ideal for everyday wear.

 

2. Is your jewelry waterproof?

 

Yes, our gold-plated stainless steel jewelry is 100% waterproof and particularly durable – thanks to the high-quality PVD coating (Physical Vapor Deposition). This process ensures a particularly resistant gold plating that is significantly more resistant to abrasion, water, sweat, and everyday stresses than conventional gold plating.

So you can wear it without hesitation when showering, swimming, or washing your hands, without the color fading or peeling off. For silver or real gold jewelry, however, we recommend avoiding contact with water as much as possible.

 

3. Is your stainless steel jewelry hypoallergenic?

 

Yes, our stainless steel is hypoallergenic and therefore ideal for sensitive skin. It is also rust-free and extremely resistant to external influences.

 

4. What's the best way to care for my jewelry?

 

 

• Stainless steel: Simply wipe with a soft cloth – no special care needed.

• Silver: Store dry and clean regularly with a silver polishing cloth. Avoid contact with water, perfume, or chemicals.

• Gold-plated jewelry: Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth. To protect the gold plating, please remove before sports, showering, and sleeping.

 

 

5. What's the best way to store my jewelry?

 

Store your jewelry dry, ideally in a jewelry box or cloth bag. It's best to store them individually to avoid scratches and discoloration. Please avoid direct sunlight and moisture.

 

6. What if my jewelry tarnishes or loses its shine?

 

You can remove light discoloration with a soft cloth or special cleaning agents for silver or gold. For heavy soiling, we recommend professional cleaning at a jeweler.

 

7. How long does the gold plating last?

 

Our gold plating is of high quality. To ensure it stays beautiful for as long as possible, avoid moisture, sweat, perfume, and chemicals. Care and careful handling significantly extend its lifespan.

 

8. Can I wear the jewelry during sports?

 

For gold-plated jewelry (silver & stainless steel), we recommend removing it during sports, as sweat and friction can wear down the plating. Pure stainless steel jewelry without coating is impervious.

 

9. Do you offer a guarantee on your jewelry?

 

Yes, we offer a guarantee on material and manufacturing defects. Should your piece of jewelry show defects within the warranty period, please contact us with a photo and your order number. We will be happy to help you.

 

10. Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

 

Yes, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt – provided the jewelry is unworn and in its original packaging. Simply contact our customer service.

1. Measure your finger

For this method, you only need a pen, a strip of paper, and a ruler. Simply cut a 10 cm long, narrow strip of paper and wrap it lengthwise around the finger on which you plan to wear the ring. Then mark the end of the overlap with a pen and measure the marked distance with the ruler. The result in millimeters corresponds to your ring size. For example, a distance of 5.4 mm corresponds to a ring size 54.

2. Use a matching ring

Another easy way to ensure you get what you're looking for is to use an existing ring and measure the inner diameter or circumference. Multiply the value by 3.14, and the result will be your ring size.
Practical tip: If your existing ring is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
